Laura is a Textile Surface Pattern Designer based in the North West of England.

Laura has an enthusiasm for all things Print Design from digital to traditional techniques. She's very passionate about Surface Pattern and loves how a design can be used on a multitude of products, with her main favourites being Homewares, Stationary & Craft.

Laura's designs are very much nature inspired from florals in particular to foliage & wildlife. Her design style is versatile, fresh and inviting with a quiet sophistication. Laura's patterns have a simplistic loose hand drawn quality and subtle organic style to them, which flows throughout her work. Her style plays with the results and textures of different media effects from watercolour to fine-liner, adding depth through digital layering and abstract composition.

As a designer Laura aims to create delight with a mission to inspire, decorating the world through pattern and colour; one surface at a time.

Laura has worked as an in-house designer for a number of years and is now looking to license her designs.
